How it works

Individuals who are interested in selling their previously used costumes must fill out a form regarding information about each costume they want to sell. Click here to learn how to list and sell your own costumes. All of that information along with photos of the costumes will be added to our online platform and available for purchase. 

Once a purchase is made, the seller will be notified with all required information and instructions, and will be responsible for shipping the costume but Reimagine will cover the cost of the shipment. Sellers will have access to the tracking number to see when the costume will be delivered and will be E-transferred for the costume 10 days after the shipment has been delivered to the buyer. The buyer has 10 days to decide if they will keep it or not and Reimagine will hold the money until then. If the buyer wants to return the costume, it will be returned to the original owner's shipping address. The amount E-transferred back to the costume owner will be 60% of the costume listing price they indicated on their original form.

All online orders must be purchased through the website, or you can email us to purchase manually. Certain costumes originally from the greater Toronto area may be available for in-person fittings. When collecting costume forms, we keep track of the costume and the dance studio it originally came from. That way if multiple of the same group costume would like to be purchased, we can make that possible! We do our best to provide accurate sizing suggestions, however we cannot guarantee that all the sizes given will be exact and may alternate between different kinds of costumes. This is due to the fact that most costumes had been custom made to the original costume owner's body measurements.
