Q: Do I give Reimagine all of the costumes I want to sell to hold onto?

No. You continue to hold onto all the costumes you're interested in selling. You will be notified when and how to ship costume(s) out once purchased. In certain local situations, costumes may be picked up by us from you to take to a fitting (on your approval only).

Q: How do I get my money back?

When you fill out the costume listing form, there is a section for each costume where you can state the amount of money you want returned to you if that costume is sold (there are tips and more information on how to properly price your costume on the form). As soon as you forward Reimagine the shipping information and tracking number of a sold costume, that amount for the costume(s) sold along with shipping costs will be sent to you immediately via E-transfer.

Q: Do I have to talk or negotiate with the buyer?

No. All communications and purchases with a buyer are done by and through Reimagine. We will relay to you any important information or updates via email.

Q: Do you keep track of group costumes?

Yes. We keep track of individual costumes and the studios they originally came from. We group together various quantities and sizes of the same costume on the same product page. That way customers can purchase multiple of the same costume at once for duos, trios or groups.

Q: How do you figure out accurate sizing?

As most costumes were usually custom made to fit the original owner's measurements, all costumes are sized on an approximate basis. We were able to track down exact measurements from their original designers for certain costumes. For others, the costume's seller must choose the size they think it fits best. No sizes are a complete guarantee, only an approximate guide to help choose the right one. Click here to refer to our approximate sizing guide.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?

All costumes purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you wish to not keep the costume purchased you can email us to become it's new seller and have it re-listed for purchase on Reimagine's website.

Q: Can I try on a costume before purchasing it?

All costume orders must be purchased online from Reimagine's website. Fittings are available on a studio basis and only available for certain costumes. To see if your studio and the costumes you're interested in are eligible for a fitting, and to set one up, please email us at reimaginedancecostumes@gmail.com.

Q: What if I lose, throw out, or give the costume I listed to someone else?

All you have to do is contact Reimagine and let us know so we can remove that costume from the online store.
