Custom made, Effie Mathews costume: Lace crop tops with high-waisted tutu skirt that is shorter in the front and longer in the back. Comes in black with red lace, and brown with black lace. The skirt on the black/brown version has dark purple tulle under the skirt.

Brown & Black: ~ Adult X-Small/Small (2).
